IMSU Post UTME Screening Form 2022

The management of the institution broke this news on their portal asking all aspiring students to purchase the form as it is available online in the school portal. However, interested applicants can also check out the available courses and requirements on this site before purchasing the form.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Imo State University Undergraduate programmes for the 2022/2023 academic session.

The Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri admission screening exercise application form for both UTME and Direct Entry candidates for the 2022/2023 academic session is now on sale.

Candidates Eligible for IMSU Post UTME/DE.

Candidates who chose Imo State University as their first choice in the 2022/2023 UTME/DIRECT ENTRY Application and scored 150 and above are eligible for the screening. In addition, candidates must possess at least five (5) credit passes in the relevant O’level subjects including English  Language and Mathematics.

DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES: In addition to the online application, Direct Entry candidates must also ensure that their OND/HND/First Degree transcripts, O’ and A’ Level result(s) or their equivalents are forwarded to the Registrar, Imo State University, Owerri on or before 05th October 2022. Any candidate whose transcript is not received before the stipulated period will not be considered for Direct Entry admission.

  1. Visit the University website: imsu.edu.ng.
  2. Click on prospective students.
  3. Click on “click to Apply” under 2022/2023 Academic Screening Application.
  4. Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
  5. Click on submit button to generate payment invoice.
  6. Proceed to any of the banks for your payment on e-tranzact platform with the generated payment invoice number (The banks are; Zenith Bank, IMSU Microfinance Bank, First Bank, Imo State Micro Finance Bank, FCMB, UBA).
  7. Return to the application page and enter your JAMB Registration Number again.
  8. Enter your e-tranzact confirmation order pin obtained from the bank
  9. Proceed with the completion of the Form.
  10. Correctly enter your OLevel results.
  11. Confirm your entries.
  12. Submit your application.
  13. Print out your acknowledgement slip.
  14. Await announcement from the University.

Eligible Candidates would be required to pay a processing fee of Two thousand naira (N2,000) only.

APTITUDE TEST: The specific date and time for individual candidates will be communicated in due course.

NOTE

  • Every candidate must provide a valid email address and phone number.
  • All applications must be filled and submitted online on or before the closing date.
  • Any wrong information given shall disqualify the candidate.
  • Portal opens on ­­­­­­­­­­­08th September 2022 and closes on Wednesday, 5th October, 2022.
