BUK Admission List For 2021/2022 Academic Session is out

This is information on how to check BUK Admission list 2021/2022. Candidates who participated in Bayero University, Kano (BUK) post UTME screening exercise are by this notified that the management of BUK has released the admission list for 2021/2022 academic year.

BUK Admission List For 2020/2021 Academic Session is out

The list contain names of candidates offered provisional admission into the university various undergraduate programmes for the 2021/2022 academic session. See how to check the admission list below;

How To Check Bayero University Admission List 2021/2022 School Session

At the time of this publication, BUK prospective students can only access their admission status from the list of names posted on the NOTICE BOARD within the school premises.

The procedures outlined below will guide candidates to check their Bayero University admission status on the school website. however, the admission list has not yet been made available on the school website.

  1. Go to http://mybuk.buk.edu.ng/myBUKAdmission/.
  2. Supply Your JAMB Registration Number in the required column.
  3. Select your state of origin and your Gender.
  4. Finally, click on ‘Generate Admission Letter’ to see if you have been admitted into BUK.

Note:

  • All newly admitted student are STRONGLY ADVISED to print a copy of their unofficial admission letter in the link below. Please note that the letter is generated FREE OF CHARGE and would be required during the screening exercise.
  • Students are also advised to check their admission status on the Jamb site and download the Jamb Admission letter in addition to the unofficial BUK Admission letter.

Currently, Bayero university admission is only available on the Jamb Result checking portal. To check your admission status on JAMB admission status checking portal follow the procedure given below:

  1. Log on to the JAMB admission portal at https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility_/.
  2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
  3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
  4. Select your Exam year and enter your registration number in the required column.
  5. Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your BUK admission status.

Successfully Candidates admitted into Bayero University, Kano (BUK)  Degree programmes are advised to:

  • Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and ACCEPT or REJECT their admission.
  • Print their original JAMB result slip (this comes with passport photography affixed to it).
  • Print their original JAMB result slip (this comes with passport photography affixed to it).
  • Apply for a change of course on the JAMB Portal in case they are offered courses different from the ones they initially applied for.

Candidates yet to be admitted should note that admission is still in progress. Therefore,  regular check should be done on the JAMB site to determine their admission status.
